During my business trip, I appreciated the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. the location of the hotel was also very convenient for my meetings as it was close to public transportation and several restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and a good way to start the day.

The slow Wi-Fi connection, which made it difficult for me to work efficiently from my room. Another negative aspect was the noise level, as my room was located near the hotel bar and I could hear loud music and chatter late into the night.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the attentive service and exclusive amenities made us feel like royalty. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, with a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, while the indoor swimming pool provided the perfect setting to relax. We also loved the live entertainment and special massage treatments.

Although everything else was perfect, we had a minor issue with the restaurant service at breakfast. the staff seemed to struggle with replenishing the buffet and tables were not cleared promptly.

Spent the Xmas holidays at a luxurious hotel with stunning views of the Swiss countryside. Really enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the amazing spa treatments. , the shuttle service to nearby attractions was very convenient.

Despite the beautiful location and great amenities, the hotel was quite expensive and the food at the restaurant was only average. the staff was not always very accommodating to special requests.
