Elegant Retreat with Lovely Views
We indulged in really good spa treatments. The live music at dinner elevated the atmosphere. Be prepared for a bustling first day at the pools, but the serenity that follows is worth it! Try the Michelin-starred restaurant for an lovely dining experience.

The engaging kids' activities program was a great highlight.
Our experience was marred by the overcrowded pool situation upon arrival. The chaos of families everywhere made it impossible to relax. Initially, the noise and lack of available chairs left us feeling frustrated, and it took several days for things to settle down, far from our expectation of a serene getaway.

The amazing view of the surrounding region was a highlight, complemented by the attentive staff who anticipated our needs perfectly, especially considering we traveled with a young child. The traditional shabu-shabu we enjoyed was really good, showcasing the culinary team's skill. The bustling atmosphere at times felt overwhelming, and navigating the spa area was a bit chaotic. Some facilities showed signs of wear that detracted slightly from the overall experience.

During my business trip, I appreciated the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. the location of the hotel was also very convenient for my meetings as it was close to public transportation and several restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and a good way to start the day.
The slow Wi-Fi connection, which made it difficult for me to work efficiently from my room. Another negative aspect was the noise level, as my room was located near the hotel bar and I could hear loud music and chatter late into the night.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning mountain views. the quality of the room furnishings and bathroom amenities is top-notch. the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. Breakfast is delicious, and the pool area is well maintained and enjoyable.
The electronic systems in the rooms can be a bit confusing and frustrating to use.
